ACM President Hlaudi Motsoeneng

Mr Hlaudi Motsoeneng has proven to rise above challenges and come out even stronger. Well known as the former COO at the South African Broadcasting Corporation, Mr Motsoeneng is carving a name for himself as a servant for the people.

With an immensely difficult background as a street kid, he was resilient in his quest for a better life. This is one aspect of his life that makes him relate to any young person who has nothing to their name but a drive to succeed. With a passion for story-telling, he started off as a freelancer at Radio Sesotho. His life story is one of resilience, tenacity and a positive outlook. He rose from a Trainee Journalist to Chief Operating Officer (COO). His leadership skills have placed him in various organisations. These include serving as the Board Member for SABC, SABC Foundation and Local Organising Committee (AFCON). During his time as a Board Member at AFCON, he also served as a member of the Marketing and Communications Sub- committee. Mr Motsoeneng also served as a member of the Regenesys Business School Advisory Council.

As the President of African Content Movement, he is adamant that ACM is bringing South Africans change, the kind of change that they have been longing for.
