To All Media: African Content Movement (ACM) Gauteng to hold provincial disability dialogue
African Content Movement (ACM) will host the provincial disability dialogue in Soweto on Sunday as part of the Movement’s Manifesto consultation process.
The ACM President Hlaudi Motsoeneng will lead officials in the dialogue and unveil plans to address challenges facing people living with disabilities.
Key strategic issues that are expected to be discussed include the following:
- Recent killings of Persons with Albinism
- Sign language as the twelve official languages
- Job creation and skills development
- Inclusive and special needs education
- Disability and media inclusion.
Various groups and individuals from across the Gauteng province will join the Dialogue. The dialogue is scheduled as follows:
